Legal Director, Regulatory and Trade Compliance

Lead and manage Dell’s regulatory compliance strategy across trade compliance (export controls, imports and sanctions), anti-bribery and corruption, competition, and anti-money laundering. Serve as a strategic partner to the business and legal teams by analyzing new regulatory requirements, providing counsel to key stakeholders, advising on compliance risks, and leading or supporting investigations. Monitor legal developments and help strengthen Dell’s compliance program through benchmarking and process improvements.
