Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage strategic compliance initiatives across trade, anti-bribery and corruption, competition, and anti-money laundering subject matter experts.
  • •Analyze new regulatory requirements and develop strategies that support compliance and enable business growth.
  • •Provide strategic and tactical compliance counsel on anti-corruption, trade compliance, gifts and hospitality policies, including the U.S. FCPA and related laws.
  • •Advise the Global Trade Compliance organization and stakeholders on legal and compliance risks and ensure internal processes meet applicable trade regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead, conduct, or support investigations involving alleged violations of law, Dell policies, or Dell’s and partner code of conduct.

Salary: USD 243,950 - 315,700

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • •12+ years of legal experience, preferably in trade and/or anti-corruption compliance, internal investigations, and risk mitigation in a global business environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of legal professionals.
  • •Proven global experience as a trade compliance counsel and strong knowledge of U.S. trade compliance laws, including U.S. sanctions, export controls, or customs/tariff laws.
  • •Expertise with international trade laws and regulatory investigation procedures.
