Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and products including consumer checking, small business accounts, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures including proper documentation of client interactions.
  • •Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed and participate in morning huddles/end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience is more important than financial services).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on platforms and capabilities.
