Key Responsibilities

•Architect autonomous AI systems, designing AI agent architectures with tool-calling, long-horizon reasoning, memory management, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
•Orchestrate multi-agent workflows using ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, and reflection loops to automate security analysis and operations.
•Select, integrate, and fine-tune LLMs/SLMs for domain-specific tasks, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy.
•Manage end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment and evaluation.
•Improve model performance via optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, TensorRT) and maintain robust MLOps pipelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 105,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Generative AI development with a track record of delivering production-grade systems.
•Strong foundation in ML, model evaluation, hyperparameter optimization, regularization techniques, and statistical analysis.
•Proven ability to develop LLM-powered applications or autonomous agentic systems.
•Advanced proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
•Solid software engineering fundamentals including unit/integration testing, Git, and code reviews.
