Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and perform regular inspections to help ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
