Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of performance data from template alignment to executive reporting.
  • •Generate monthly 'G26 Daily Activities & KPIs' files for service providers while enforcing naming conventions.
  • •Align all activity files with the master template and coordinate yearly updates with stakeholders; maintain Google Drive folder structure integrity.
  • •Run the two-step data flow from Google Sheets into Qlik Sense, triggering notifications once data is integrated and ready for export.
  • •Create governance reports and dashboards in Qlik Analytics, save them securely on the Shared Drive, and email key insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Information Management.
  • •Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with Business Intelligence tools like QLIK.
  • •Strong analytical rigor to identify broken files or outliers before final reporting.
  • •Excellent time management to manage timelines and deliver recurring processes.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and prompt senior stakeholders (including Site Security Managers and VO teams) when data actions are required.
