Job Summary

Serve as a ServiceNow business process consultant and business analyst, guiding client engagements from discovery through delivery. Lead functional workshops, translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM modules, and create process workflows, requirements, and gap analyses. Capture user stories and business cases, support test plans and UAT, facilitate stakeholder demos, and lead client training to drive solution adoption, with occasional travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead functional discovery sessions and process workshops to define client-specific business process solutions.
•Advise clients on ServiceNow best practices across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Capture and document business requirements, user stories, and business cases aligned with ServiceNow capabilities.
•Develop end-to-end process flows, conduct gap analyses, and support solution design.
•Prepare and execute test plans, facilitate UAT and go-live activities, and lead client training with job aids.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting with hands-on expertise in multiple modules.
•5+ years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
•Proven ability to lead client workshops and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
•Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with experience supporting Scrum teams.
•Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
