Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the key Product Operations partner for Wise Platform and the main point of contact for product teams.
  • •Improve planning, prioritization, and follow-through so product development focuses on the most important partner and customer problems.
  • •Enhance communication of roadmaps, priorities, and launches across product, partner-facing teams, and the wider Wise organization.
  • •Create feedback loops between partners, commercial teams, and product teams so partner needs are understood, prioritized, and acted on.
  • •Lead cross-functional Product Operations initiatives and establish rhythms/ways of working that improve alignment without adding unnecessary process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 93,000 - 120,000 annually
