Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit and review allocation mechanisms for inspectors across all inspection operations
  • •Improve communication and coordination between consultants, contractors and organizational units regarding violations, encroachments, and field inspections
  • •Prepare and execute annual inspection campaign plans and report outcomes, tracking closure of findings
  • •Evaluate institutional processes using KPIs to identify efficiency gaps and recommend improvements
  • •Supervise drafting of internal department agreements and MoUs related to inspections and field patrols of road corridors

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • •8 years of experience in civil engineering/inspection
  • •Experience in auditing inspection processes and coordinating with consultants/contractors
  • •Experience developing and implementing inspection campaigns and annual plans
  • •Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and drafting/moUs for internal and external stakeholders
