Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end procurement for project materials, equipment, and subcontract packages, including vendor identification, evaluation, onboarding, and maintaining a preferred vendor database.
  • •Conduct RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and techno-commercial assessments to support purchasing decisions and cost savings.
  • •Prepare cost estimates and procurement budgets, monitor procurement costs versus approved budgets, and analyze spend to identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • •Review, negotiate, and administer purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations.
  • •Coordinate with project, engineering, commercial, and finance teams; provide procurement updates; track deliverables, payment milestones, and claims; and monitor risks such as cost escalation and supply chain disruptions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • •8–10 years of experience in Procurement and Cost Management.
  • •Proven experience managing large procurement budgets and vendor relationships.
  • •Experience with contract management and commercial negotiations.
  • •Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, data centers, industrial projects, PMC, EPC, or interior fit-out projects (preferred).
