Drive store sales goals by delivering an authentic, guest-centered ALO experience through product education and a strong connection to brand mission. Confidently share detailed product knowledge and community/culture, support ALO’s Flow initiatives, and maintain an engaging, easy-to-shop sales floor. Partner with store leadership to review reports, execute action plans, manage store coverage needs, and ensure front/back-of-house procedures support efficient, welcoming operations.
