Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and strong stockroom standards/processes to support a safe work environment.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; support operations-focused directives/projects with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to constantly move in and around the store, including sales floor and back of house.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
