Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify the E- & M-BOM content (structure, BOM articles, sub-assembly levels and documentation) before officializing in the PLM system.
  • •Coordinate and monitor E- & M-BOM changes from development, verification and validation through industrialization.
  • •Perform impact analysis of product and process changes with logistics, quality, Methods, purchasing, bid and projects.
  • •Ensure documents are validated/approved by respective services, then officialize them in the PLM system and communicate BOM updates to the ERP (OCM).
  • •Manage ECR change tasks and fine-tune change implementation (activation dates, product obsolescence such as scrapping/retrofit), including baseline BOM creation and M-BOM variants for customer requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •>5 years of professional experience in a configuration management role.
  • •Experience in a product and process development team.
  • •Experience with a PLM system, ideally PTC Windchill.
  • •Strong attention to detail and organized working style.
  • •Proficient communication in French and English.
