Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with founders to design beautiful, intuitive interfaces for the next generation of IDEs and shape the Conductor brand.
  • •Own end-to-end design problems from concept through implementation, balancing user needs with technical feasibility.
  • •Advocate for developer usability and craft, producing clear design systems and documentation.
  • •Partner with engineers and product to ship features with fast iteration and high quality.
  • •Contribute to the team’s culture and processes, helping to grow a small design function in a growing startup.
