Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with clients and architecture leads to understand business priorities and translate them into practical AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Build and deploy end-to-end agentic AI systems embedded in client environments, shipping early in the engagement.
  • •Challenge assumptions and help identify where AI creates meaningful, commercially viable value at enterprise scale.
  • •Create working prototypes in consulting and evolve them into production-grade systems in studios.
  • •Design, configure, evaluate, and release agentic products/platform components using the Avanade Agentic Platform and Microsoft AI stack.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software or AI engineering, with production systems experience.
  • •Strong practical command of Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio, plus Azure OpenAI and agent orchestration (or a credible equivalent stack).
  • •Full-stack capability across front end, APIs, data, and agent orchestration to ship end-to-end systems.
  • •Experience building and evaluating agentic systems (retrieval, tool use, and failure handling).
  • •Comfort operating with high autonomy inside client environments and engaging directly with stakeholders.
