  • •Direct multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical excellence, operational efficiency, and exceptional client service.
  • •Monitor program financial performance and identify/mitigate program-level risks; mentor project managers and support business development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •12+ years of progressively responsible experience managing large, complex building projects and programs.
  • •Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary design and delivery teams.
  • •Experience managing significant program budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.
  • •Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, risk management, financial management, and quality assurance.
