Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow visual merchandising guidelines and ensure they are rolled out across the store.
  • •Implement well-styled mannequins in line with the styling policy and use appropriate visual elements to support customer segmentation.
  • •Ensure excellent visual standards across business units and store windows, including POS and windows design.
  • •Support seasonal launches and events by helping the Senior Visual Merchandiser and store teams implement them promptly and on brand.
  • •Educate and train sales staff to keep VM aligned to standards, maintain the VM checklist, and liaise daily with the Visual Merchandiser on updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in visual merchandising principles and techniques.
  • •Ability to execute styling policies and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • •Keen awareness of fashion trends and competitor activities.
  • •3 years of experience in a Visual Merchandising position within a fashion retail brand.
  • •Graduate degree in Fashion (or a related field), plus a fashion degree or diploma.
