Job Summary

The Offerte Specialist (Security) supports complex security quotes and calculations for customers and sales teams, working on projects for government bodies, hospitals, universities, pharma, and industry. You will prepare proposals and pricing using calculation tools, coordinate with suppliers, and help define project scope, resources, and timelines to secure new business while leveraging Honeywell’s security and building-automation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Accept complex security quote and estimation assignments from Teamleader Proposal & Estimating.
•Support sales professionals, bid managers and customers throughout the sales process for technical needs assessment and solution development.
•Prepare quotes and calculations using the applicable calculation and approval tools.
•Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather information and quotations.
•For large projects, develop project, resource and execution plans and estimate additional profits and cash flow.
•Collaborate with the team to secure the assignment for open quotes.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of MBO/HBO level education, preferably in security systems engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
•Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and customer-focused skills
•Preferable knowledge of building automation systems, servers, and networking technologies
•Organizationally strong, eager to learn and able to set priorities under time pressure
•If you already have the required diplomas and experience, you’ll ramp up quickly; Honeywell provides training if needed
