Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and design of civil engineering infrastructure including roads & transport, stormwater, services/utilities, and earthworks.
  • •Deliver work packages by completing detailed design, engineering calculations, and interpreting site and project data.
  • •Contribute to stormwater design (pit and pipe layouts, hydraulic checks, minor drainage) and support bulk earthworks (grading plans, levels coordination, cut/fill inputs).
  • •Develop basic water and wastewater infrastructure such as reticulation layouts, tie-ins, and design checks.
  • •Support client activities including tender and proposal preparation while raising calculation/drawing/model discrepancies for resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Civil Engineer on civil/site/infrastructure design and ability to obtain defence clearance.
  • •Ideally 5-10 years’ post-graduate experience in civil/site infrastructure design.
  • •Exposure to applying Austroads, Australian Standards, and local council/authority requirements.
  • •Technical skills with broad general civil design experience across roads, water, wastewater, and drainage.
  • •Excellent communication skills with high-quality technical and non-technical report writing; process-driven and detail-oriented.
