Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a multi-year Data Platform Strategy for GitLab’s data platform and AI-ready infrastructure.
  • •Lead AI-enabled self-service analytics transformation enabling stakeholders to perform analysis and access insights independently.
  • •Oversee architecture and evolution of data engineering foundations to scalable, AI-ready infrastructure.
  • •Drive analytics engineering practices and governance to produce governed, reusable data models and data products as a single source of truth.
  • •Build and maintain a consumption and usage-based data strategy that serves Revenue, Finance, and Product stakeholders.
