Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain system-level 3D models of ACV components and systems.
  • •Create and maintain 2D technical drawings from 3D models while adhering to relevant standards.
  • •Assist in the development of inputs/products for Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR).
  • •Advise on configuration management best practices for CAD data and documentation, including engineering change notices.
  • •Assist with Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), including BOM and kit structure for manufacturing and integration.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •An Interim Secret clearance is required prior to starting; an active DoD Secret clearance is preferred.
  • •An associate's degree in drafting or illustration, or a high school diploma/GED.
  • •2+ years with a degree or 5+ years with HS/GED experience drafting/illustrating in the electronics field.
  • •Extensive expertise and heavy user experience with AutoCAD for drafting, design, and/or production support.
  • •Mechanical design experience supporting ground-based tactical vehicle systems or shipboard applications, plus familiarity with TDPs and related standards.
