Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the team’s day-to-day leadership, vision, values, and team spirit/co-operation.
  • •Drive client relationship development and act as the key point of contact to secure commissions and build brand presence in the UK and EMEA.
  • •Meet monthly and annual budgets, support MEP budget planning, and improve performance across delivery.
  • •Work with director and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives across the team and wider business.
  • •Oversee team performance including work pipeline, finance, and operational management while maintaining forecasting and delivery direction for profitable work-winning.

  • •Chartership through CIBSE/IET Engineering Council or be open to working towards it.

  • •Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, budgets, timelines, and meeting quality standards.
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership, with a customer-focused approach.
