Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the backbone of Klarity's AI platform, designing, experimenting, building, testing, and deploying backend services end-to-end
  • •Turn AI pipelines into bulletproof workflows by implementing orchestration pipelines, state management, grounding, and guardrails
  • •Design for the future while shipping today, owning the technical roadmap and balancing debt with delivery
  • •Build for enterprise security and scale with least-privilege access, tenant isolation, auditability, and secure data handling
  • •Multiply impact across disciplines by collaborating with frontend, design, and product to translate ideas into technical plans

Key Requirements
