Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and modify underwriting models and scenario frameworks, capturing risk factors and performing asset-level sensitivities to support asset management decisions.
  • •Draft and update investment memos, including transaction brief, investment overview, key risks/mitigants, and financial commentary with credit metrics and covenant compliance.
  • •Present new deals and periodic updates to the Investment Committee.
  • •Conduct periodic investment/portfolio reviews covering financial, operational, and compliance aspects, including key risks and mitigants.
  • •Track relevant news/events and third-party research for the infrastructure debt portfolio and prepare concise summaries.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in project finance within an investment/commercial bank, specialist advisor, or asset manager focused on energy/infrastructure or renewables.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills, including 3-statement forecast models (revenue, cost, debt waterfall, leverage analysis).
  • •Experience preparing investment memos with transaction briefs, key risks/mitigants, and credit metrics including covenant compliance.
  • •Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • •MBA or equivalent in Finance (or CFA/CA).
