Job Summary

Support a Deal Team within a global credit research function focused on infrastructure debt investments. Build and maintain underwriting and investment models, run scenario sensitivities, and produce investment memos detailing key risks, mitigants, and credit metrics. Monitor the invested portfolio through periodic reviews, and summarize relevant news, events, and third-party research to inform asset management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and modify underwriting models and scenario frameworks, capturing risk factors and performing asset-level sensitivities to support asset management decisions.
•Draft and update investment memos, including transaction brief, investment overview, key risks/mitigants, and financial commentary with credit metrics and covenant compliance.
•Present new deals and periodic updates to the Investment Committee.
•Conduct periodic investment/portfolio reviews covering financial, operational, and compliance aspects, including key risks and mitigants.
•Track relevant news/events and third-party research for the infrastructure debt portfolio and prepare concise summaries.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in project finance within an investment/commercial bank, specialist advisor, or asset manager focused on energy/infrastructure or renewables.
•Strong financial modeling skills, including 3-statement forecast models (revenue, cost, debt waterfall, leverage analysis).
•Experience preparing investment memos with transaction briefs, key risks/mitigants, and credit metrics including covenant compliance.
•Excellent presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
•MBA or equivalent in Finance (or CFA/CA).
