Lead and develop a team of ~10 engineers in Göteborg within the Thermal Production & Distribution unit, overseeing project delivery, client relations, and bids. Ensure competency, mentor staff, and contribute to local market growth, while potentially acting as uppdragsansvarig, projektledare, teknikansvarig or senior konsult on fjärrvärme/fjärrkyla projects, collaborating with international colleagues.
