Strategy & Analytics Experimentation Director

Own Faire’s experimentation methodology and principles, increasing rigor across how experiments are designed, run, read, and acted on. Lead development and maintenance of an experimentation “OS,” including review processes and cross-company tracking. Partner with Strategy & Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, and Product on high-stakes experiment design, and provide causal inference guidance using methods like diff-in-diff and synthetic control. Drive trusted conclusions from ad hoc and anomalous results, and help shape the experimentation platform roadmap.
