Key Responsibilities

•Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts by researching and targeting high-value US healthcare accounts, building personalized content assets, and assisting in outbound campaigns with Sales.
•Collaborate on Growth Strategy to analyze the prospect journey, run experiments to improve conversion rates, and contribute ideas to expand our US footprint.
•Monitor and analyze marketing and sales KPIs; help build insightful dashboards to empower data-driven decisions.
•Manage CRM activities (HubSpot co-pilot): clean and organize lead data, segment target lists, and ensure accurate tracking through the funnel.
•Coordinate with Growth Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams (Brand, Product Marketing, Sales) to execute campaigns and refine go-to-market tactics.

•Strong numerical acumen with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Clear, collaborative communication skills
•Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
