Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively monitor, investigate, and resolve client incidents and technical problems, ensuring service restoration aligned with SLAs.
  • •Review and triage client requests and tickets, applying technical expertise to handle second-line support for medium complexity cases.
  • •Update tickets with actions taken, identify and log issues before escalation, and communicate with clients and internal teams for risk-managed changes.
  • •Support shift handovers by highlighting key tickets and upcoming critical tasks, and escalate items to Centres of Excellence (CoE) and other teams when needed.
  • •Contribute to automation by collaborating with automation teams, coaching Service desk/L1 teams, establishing monitoring, and supporting change management and quality audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency with networking technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco Nexus switches/routers/firewalls (and related tools).
  • •At least one technical certification in the networking technologies listed above.
  • •Strong planning skills with the ability to anticipate and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • •Ability to communicate and work effectively across different cultures, with client-centric communication and active listening.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent qualification/experience).
