Key Responsibilities

  • •Place purchase orders based on demand indicators, demand forecasts, lead times, and expected need dates.
  • •Obtain approvals prior to ordering and secure supplier confirmations (quantities, SKU confirmations, delivery/arrival dates, and pricing).
  • •Track purchase orders and proactively communicate expected arrival dates and key updates to internal/external customers.
  • •Participate in cross-functional demand review and analysis (forecast, historical sales, equipment movements), considering seasonality, industry trends, and economic drivers.
  • •Support supply chain improvements by following SOPs and compliance requirements, addressing order tracking inquiries, and participating in cross-functional projects.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of work experience.
  • •Past experience in formalized purchasing, forecasting, and demand/supply planning.
