Job Summary

Own the technical strategy for Databricks’ largest Retail & CPG accounts in partnership with the Account Executive. Serve as the main technical voice for 1–5 clients, guide customers through data-driven transformation and adoption of ML & AI, and implement technical strategy aligned to account goals. Build internal networks of technical champions, provide mentorship to team members, and help with proofs of concept to demonstrate Databricks value.

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience working with very large (>$1m ARR) Retail and CPG organizations.
•3+ years working in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
•Technical background in big data, data science, and cloud, with experience driving data-driven business transformation.
•3+ years of design and implementation experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP (or full lifecycle data science solutions).
•Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
