Store Manager

Oversee daily store operations to deliver a seamless, positive shopping experience. Drive the store team to meet store targets, KPIs, and club apparel goals, while monitoring performance dashboards and conducting financial and stock audits. Maintain VM standards, manage budgets and shrinkage, and protect customers and employees through security measures. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, lead team meetings, and communicate regularly with mall management and senior stakeholders.
