Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain Linux kernel drivers, userspace libraries, and software frameworks for high-performance networking, RDMA, storage, and AI infrastructure.
  • •Drive architecture, implementation, and optimization of networking, storage, and data movement technologies including Ethernet, RDMA/RoCE, NVMe, NVMe-oF, virtualization, transport acceleration, and scalable storage solutions.
  • •Collaborate with hardware, firmware, architecture, and performance teams to enable next-generation networking, storage, and AI infrastructure capabilities.
  • •Analyze, benchmark, and optimize networking and storage software stacks to maximize throughput, latency, scalability, and resource efficiency for AI workloads.
  • •Debug and resolve complex system-level issues across operating systems, drivers, firmware, hardware, networking fabrics, storage systems, and distributed environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 4,701,130 - 6,715,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong software development experience in C and C++ with a foundation in systems programming.
  • •Experience developing Linux kernel drivers, networking software, RDMA software, storage software, or other low-level systems software.
  • •Strong understanding of computer architecture, memory management, operating systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
  • •Hands-on networking and storage experience including TCP/IP, Ethernet, RDMA/RoCE, InfiniBand, NVMe, and NVMe-oF.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
