Team Leader - Healthy Concept

Lead the daily operations of SOIL outlets for a healthy food concept, with hands-on supervision of both FOH and BOH teams. Support and flex across multiple locations across the UAE as needed, manage food delivery aggregator platforms, and help with daily ordering and inventory. Monitor stock levels, prepare basic operational reports, and ensure food safety, hygiene, and company standards are followed, including training team members.
