Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the end-to-end product roadmap for Financial Services Cloud across banking, wealth & asset management, and insurance.
•Drive product vision aligned with strategic priorities including Agentforce, Data Cloud integration, and agentic AI for financial workflows.
•Design and orchestrate complex AI agent product workflows integrated into cross-functional team operations.
•Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, GTM, and industry solutions teams through Salesforce’s Agentic Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC).
•Partner with design and field teams and C-suite customers to validate pain points, translate financial workflows into requirements, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality and user impact.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of product management experience, including at least 12 years in enterprise SaaS and financial services, delivering complex technology products.
•Demonstrated AI-first approach to product management, using AI across the product lifecycle and beyond traditional PM scope.
•Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Copilot) for discovery, spec writing, competitive analysis, and stakeholder communication.
•Advanced prompt engineering skills to write precise, structured prompts and build product context for reliable, strategic, production-ready AI outputs.
•Deep domain expertise in banking (retail/commercial), wealth management, or insurance; ability to translate financial workflows into scalable, product-ready requirements.
