Job Summary

Deliver shipments from the delivery center efficiently and on time by following operational standards and delivery procedures, including address checking, sorting, and customer contact. Maintain safety and security practices while operating delivery vehicles, perform routine vehicle maintenance, and follow routes and schedules. Provide responsive customer service for shipment handling and inquiries, update operational systems, and complete clerical and emergency tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure controlled and consistent work.
•Execute delivery operations using the ready-to-deliver checklist: check addresses, sort shipments, contact customers, and determine delivery date/location.
•Return to the delivery center by the accepted time, update the operation system, and hand over bills to in-charge staff.
•Provide customer services for shipment receiving/delivery, answer questions, collect feedback, and handle complaints.
•Maintain safety and operate delivery vehicles per procedures, including routine maintenance and route/time schedule adherence.

Key Requirements

•High School degree or equivalent.
•2-5 years of experience in a Delivery Center.
•Knowledge of IT skills.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
•Valid Driver’s License; evidence of insurability; forklift certificate.
