•Lead the Email team, building and maintaining core infrastructure for billions of personalized emails and associated reporting data.
•Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to build new features and scale the channel as volume grows.
•Recruit, coach, and develop the team’s engineers and guide architectural decisions.
•Contribute to solving major engineering challenges, including hands-on coding in high-leverage situations when needed.
•Own the team’s vision, goals, and processes to continuously improve engineering productivity and impact.
