•Partner with CTO and senior leadership on technology vision and innovation roadmap.
•Lead transformation towards automation-first and AI-driven services, working with product, portfolio and partners on co-engineering initiatives.

•Proven track record in building and scaling AI / ML / GenAI solutions.
•Strong software engineering foundation with deep understanding of the SDLC.
•Experience leading global engineering teams and complex programmes.
