Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and grow the Capco capital markets practice in France and internationally, including direct client engagement and origination of opportunities.
  • •Lead the execution of complex, high-value projects across transformation, regulatory, risk and IT domains.
  • •Define and oversee program/project management approaches, from framing to delivery, including mid-term plans and large-scale transformations.
  • •Coordinate with clients on strategic initiatives, governance, and data strategy while ensuring value creation and client satisfaction.
  • •Develop offerings, mentor teams, and drive capability development within the Market Capital business line.

Key Requirements

  • •12-15 years of capital markets experience, including 7-8 years in consulting/advisory.
  • •Proven track record managing programs and transformation projects from framing to execution, in business (post-trade, finance, risk, compliance) and/or technology.
  • •Expertise in strategy for investment banks, their functional architecture, organization, and processes; knowledge of market instruments and risk management concepts.
  • •Experience with program/project management methods (waterfall or agile) and knowledge of market software packages.
  • •Strong leadership with ability to manage senior teams and client relations; excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to operate in an international environment.
