Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn to build and manage customer relationships and influence decisions to grow TI revenue.
  • •Participate in rotations with TI sales teams, including hands-on experience with TI’s sales process and virtual account system.
  • •Train on scaling selling techniques across customers and sectors/EE, and practice direct customer interactions.
  • •Gain hands-on understanding of TI product lifecycles and the Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing selling model.
  • •After successful completion, move into Technical Sales Representative responsibilities such as identifying projects, managing leads, and forecasting revenue growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
  • •Fluent in local language and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • •Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
  • •Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions.
