Join TI’s FAST Technical Sales Program to build customer relationships and learn how to grow revenue through a technical sales approach. Over an 8-month experience with three rotations—Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing—you’ll gain hands-on sales process experience, develop scalable selling skills, and participate in an international headquarter experience culminating in Dallas. Completion can lead to a Technical Sales Representative role.

Key Responsibilities

•Learn to build and manage customer relationships and influence decisions to grow TI revenue.
•Participate in rotations with TI sales teams, including hands-on experience with TI’s sales process and virtual account system.
•Train on scaling selling techniques across customers and sectors/EE, and practice direct customer interactions.
•Gain hands-on understanding of TI product lifecycles and the Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing selling model.
•After successful completion, move into Technical Sales Representative responsibilities such as identifying projects, managing leads, and forecasting revenue growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
•Fluent in local language and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
•Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions.
