Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line Coach ambassador. Meet individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations, while building lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including inventory processing, visual merchandising, and transaction handling.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and providing tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and process purchases/returns/exchanges and online pickups.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Ability to work fast-paced work and regularly lift 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), plus climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
