Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary L3/PSE owner for high-impact, ambiguous mobile issues across driver/fleet/routing and asset maintenance/forms, including mobile-to-cloud mismatches.
  • •Lead structured, hypothesis-driven investigations by defining the problem, building reproducible cases, analyzing logs/telemetry, and driving root cause and mitigation across mobile and backend/config layers.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to assess impact and risk, prioritize fixes/mitigations, and influence roadmaps for reliability, observability, and operational guardrails.
  • •Own critical customer and stakeholder communications, including business impact assessments, timelines, periodic updates, and customer-ready post-incident narratives.
  • •Mentor L2 engineers and maintain runbooks/incident playbooks/knowledge base content, incorporating regional nuances and escalating criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), or other technical fields.
  • •6+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar roles for complex SaaS products, with depth in mobile applications or fleet/telematics workflows.
  • •Proven expertise troubleshooting mobile apps across Android and/or iOS, including device/OS constraints, network behavior, authentication flows, app configuration, and data synchronization.
  • •Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills to decompose ambiguous, multi-system issues and drive to mitigation.
  • •Experience working with engineering and product (e.g., reading JIRA tickets/RFCs, validating hypotheses in lower environments) and influencing prioritization with data and customer impact.
