Associate - Technology Operations Support

Support on-site Digital Workplace and Technology Concierge operations for colleagues and engineering teams. You’ll troubleshoot capacity and availability issues, handle moves/adds/changes, and perform server software installation and configuration where required. Work closely with stakeholders to maintain service delivery quality and asset management standards, resolve incidents and high-priority calls, and contribute to knowledge management and technical documentation. Occasional travel to the Milan office may be required.
