Key Responsibilities

•Develop electrical schematics, power system single line diagrams, system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses that connect electronic equipment within a subsystem and between subsystems
•Design electrical interfaces and enclosures for integration of sensors, and peripheral equipment with autonomous systems
•Troubleshoot issues that span the electrical and software boundaries, with solid skills using both test equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.) and basic software debugging tools
•Develop subsystems (sensors, interfaces, power management, and networking) for bespoke capabilities
•Work closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems
•Knowledge of modern analog and digital electronics and electronic circuits
•Experience developing schematics, interconnect diagrams, and wiring harnesses
•Comfortable with a variety of electronic CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, others acceptable)
•Familiarity with networking and standard interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, USB, MODBUS, ProfiNet, etc
