Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee customer complaint investigations across departments, driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, escalation, and management reviews.
  • •Manage supplier quality issues with Procurement, including supplier performance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement plans.
  • •Run quality inspection and release programs for raw materials, first piece, in-process, and finished goods; calibrate test equipment; maintain quality document collection, storage, and distribution.
  • •Support new product launches by revising quality plans as needed; align site quality strategy with global objectives and execute internal audits and inspection plans.
  • •Collect, analyze, and report quality and productivity metrics; manage direct reports with goals and regulatory/training needs while leading continuous improvement projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 104,025 - 155,344 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BSc degree in Engineering or other relevant field.
  • •5+ years of process management experience in a manufacturing organization.
  • •Familiarity with Lean management tools and techniques for problem solving and standard operating procedures.
  • •Experience with recognized Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO, including audit procedures and certification processes.
  • •Ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet targets within timelines.
