Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in engineering or related field plus 10 years of relevant experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Experience in dams, including risk assessment, hydraulic structures, or related areas.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience managing departments or teams of similar sizes.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • •Demonstrated contributions via publications, presentations, committees, and/or board memberships in industry events, conferences, or professional associations.
