Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and administer the F-35 JPO Counter Insider Threat (CIT) program in accordance with DoD requirements.
  • •Conduct behavioral analysis to identify potential insider threat indicators and support the Insider Threat Working Group and Program Protection Plan.
  • •Maintain CIT case management records and coordinate referrals to law enforcement and counterintelligence as required.
  • •Develop, maintain, and deliver CIT awareness training and education programs for government and contractor personnel.
  • •Support supply chain risk management and personnel reliability activities, including PAR adjudication reviews and personnel reliability assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience implementing DoD insider threat programs or performing counterintelligence, personnel security, or behavioral threat assessment functions.
  • •Master's degree in Security Management, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline, OR Bachelor's degree plus four years of additional work experience in insider threat/counterintelligence/personnel security.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of DoD Instruction 5205.16 and DoDM 5205.16 insider threat program requirements and NITTF national minimum standards.
  • •Experience with DoD CIT case management systems and behavioral analysis methodologies in a multi-classification program environment.
  • •Top Secret/SAR/SCI clearance required; Insider Threat Professional (ITPRO) or equivalent CIT certification preferred.
