Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise senior P&C leaders on tone calibration and executive communications for all-hands, leadership briefs, and organizational updates.
  • •Analyze cause-and-effect impact of People & Culture initiatives to anticipate employee sentiment and proactively address communication risks.
  • •Design change communications strategy across narrative, sequencing, audiences, channels, and leader/manager enablement tools.
  • •Steward a cohesive cultural narrative and talent storytelling, bringing it to life through communications and multimedia in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, and Marketing.
  • •Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align internal/external messaging and establish feedback mechanisms to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Integrate AI tools into daily workflows and enhance problem-solving using new technologies.
  • •Operate as a player-coach comfortable advising C-suite leaders and drafting, reviewing, and shaping day-to-day narrative and messaging.
  • •10+ years (Director) or 12+ years (Senior Director) of progressive, high-impact communications experience, including executive communications, corporate communications, and Employer Brand/Talent PR, supporting organizational change in global environments.
  • •Demonstrated editorial judgment to constructively challenge and influence senior leaders on message timing, channels, and approaches.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary communications/creative and/or talent brand teams with strong ownership, empathy, and judgment, including understanding change dynamics and messaging risk management.
