Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate commitment to health and safety. Effective 2-way communication of health and safety, e.g., at Tier 1, Safety Habit discussions, Safety Habit Observations, Risk Triggers including dynamic risk assessments
  • •Knowledge of site hazards and controls, and compliance to permit process ensuring team are competent for activities and compliant to site Ways of Working
  • •Responsible for food safety and product quality as defined by regulatory, Kraft Heinz and local procedures. It is the jobholder’s responsibility to escalate any issues that might compromise food safety and product quality
  • •Leadership during emergency situations
  • •Carry out planned and preventative maintenance using either Electrical / Mechanical / Control System / Automation skill set

Key Requirements

  • •Recognised Engineering qualification is essential, with HNC/HND/degree desirable
  • •Ability to carry out planned and preventative maintenance across Electrical/Mechanical/Control System/Automation
  • •Experience diagnosing faults and repairing Mechanical/Electrical equipment
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to lead in emergency situations
  • •Proficient in SAP and able to generate/record maintenance tasks in the system
