Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze machine utilization and improve workstation output quality.
  • •Maintain overall production efficiencies for assigned workstations.
  • •Follow safety procedures and promptly report identified hazards.
  • •Work with equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness and share AI-enabled enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a relevant Diploma in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
  • •Be self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive for growth.
  • •Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • •Be comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
  • •Use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, and operational tasks.
