Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE before starting patient visits.
  • •Use mobile technology to access your schedule and travel to patients’ homes to deliver care.
  • •Build patient rapport while collecting relevant information and performing services such as phlebotomy and specimen collection.
  • •Perform diagnostic/low-acuity services including diabetic retina images, ECGs, diabetic foot screenings, and retina exams as applicable.
  • •Label collected samples correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture with a dependable, professional, problem-solving approach.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state licensure isn’t required.
  • •Basic Life Support certification and proof of course/program completion based on licensure level.
  • •Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle insurance, and ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
