Acquire and develop profitable treasury management relationships by prospecting, structuring products, and preparing customer proposals. Retain and deepen existing relationships through regular 1:1s, relationship plans, pipeline reviews, and joint calling with partners and relationship managers. Monitor weekly and monthly sales results, ensure accurate data entry, and cross-sell other bank products. May mentor colleagues and act as a change agent as products and strategies evolve.

•CTP or other professional designation.
